Do people need an app to view my profile?
No. They can tap with an NFC-compatible phone or scan the QR code. Your profile opens in their browser.
Can I update my details later?
Yes. Your physical card points to a permanent TapUpCard managed URL, so you can update your digital profile without replacing the card.
What can I put on my digital profile?
You can share the business and contact information supported by your TapUp Connect profile, such as your name, business details, phone number, email, website and relevant links.
Can I include social media links?
Yes. You can add supported social and contact links so people can reach the channels you choose to share.
Can someone save my contact details to their phone?
Yes. The profile is designed to make it easy for someone to save or use your contact details after opening your TapUp Connect profile.
Do 2 or 3-card packs include separate profiles?
Yes. Each physical card in a multi-card pack has its own independently editable TapUp Connect digital profile. This lets you share different details and links from each card.
Does each physical card have its own link?
Yes. Each physical TapUp Connect card has its own managed TapUpCard URL and its own independent profile, while preserving card-specific activity tracking.
Can I see how many times my cards are tapped?
Yes. TapUpCard records tap activity so you can view usage information from your dashboard.
What if someone's phone does not support NFC?
They can scan the QR code on the card instead. NFC and QR work together so there is always a simple alternative.
Is there a monthly fee?
The standard digital profile included with the current TapUp Connect card packages has no monthly subscription.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £2.99 for orders under £40 and free for UK orders of £40 or more. International delivery is £9.99 for orders under £100 and free for international orders of £100 or more.
