Do customers need an app?

No. Customers can tap the card with an NFC-compatible phone or scan the QR code using their camera. No TapUpCard app is required.

Do I need to program the NFC card myself?

No. TapUp Review is prepared for your business. You do not need to program the NFC chip yourself.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. TapUp Review is a one-time card purchase. There is no monthly subscription for using the Review card.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

Yes. TapUp Review needs a Google review destination for your business so customers can be taken directly to the correct review page.

Can I change my Google review link later?

Yes. Your physical card uses a permanent TapUpCard managed URL. If your Google review destination changes, you can update it from your TapUpCard dashboard without replacing the physical card.

What if a customer's phone does not support NFC?

They can scan the QR code printed on the card instead. NFC and QR are included together so customers have a simple fallback.

Can I use the same card again and again?

Yes. TapUp Review is reusable. Different customers can tap or scan the same card whenever you want to invite them to leave genuine feedback.

Can I use several cards for the same business?

Yes. You can order 1, 2 or 3 cards and place them at different customer touchpoints such as a counter, reception desk, checkout area or service point.

Can I see how many times my card has been tapped?

Yes. TapUpCard records tap activity so you can view card usage from your dashboard.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £2.99 for orders under £40 and free for UK orders of £40 or more. International delivery is £9.99 for orders under £100 and free for international orders of £100 or more.

Can TapUpCard guarantee positive Google reviews?

No. TapUpCard makes it easier for genuine customers to reach your Google review page. Customers decide whether to leave a review and what rating or feedback to give.
