Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains TapUpCard delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds, dispatch, international shipping and what happens if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated from the value of the physical products in your order and the delivery country.

United Kingdom

Orders under £40: £2.99 standard delivery
Orders of £40 or more: FREE delivery

International

Orders under £100: £9.99 delivery
Orders of £100 or more: FREE delivery

The final delivery charge is shown during checkout before you pay.

2. Order processing and dispatch

We begin preparing physical orders after successful payment. Some cards may also require activation, configuration, printing or other fulfilment work before dispatch.

We aim to process orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

If an order requires information from you before it can be completed, dispatch may be delayed until the required information is received.

3. Delivery times

Any delivery timeframe shown on the website, at checkout or in an email is an estimate unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed.

Delivery times can be affected by carrier networks, weekends, public holidays, weather, customs processing and other events outside our reasonable control.

For UK consumer orders, we will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed.

4. UK delivery

UK orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. The available delivery method may depend on the order size, destination and fulfilment requirements.

Tracking information will be provided where the selected carrier and service support tracking.

5. International delivery

TapUpCard can ship eligible physical products internationally. Delivery availability may vary by country, and we may be unable to ship to certain destinations because of carrier, legal or operational restrictions.

International delivery can take longer than UK delivery and may be delayed by customs or local postal networks.

6. Customs, import duties and local taxes

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, international customers are responsible for customs duties, import VAT, handling charges and other local taxes or fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by TapUpCard and are not included in our standard international delivery charge.

If a parcel is returned because import charges were not paid or the recipient refused the shipment, additional delivery or return costs may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.

7. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact info@tapupcard.com as soon as possible. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment or shipping has started.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply before we resend it.

8. Delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check any tracking information first and then contact us if you still need help.

We may need to allow the carrier’s investigation period to pass before a parcel can officially be treated as lost.

Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel because delivery is materially late, those rights are not affected by this policy.

9. Lost parcels

If a carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, or we reasonably determine that it is lost, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund.

Please contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel so that we can investigate.

10. Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and photographs of the packaging and product where available.

We will arrange the appropriate remedy in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your statutory rights.

11. Failed delivery and returned parcels

If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

If a parcel is returned to TapUpCard because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or the address was incorrect, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply where the failed delivery was not caused by TapUpCard or the carrier.

12. Risk and ownership

For consumer orders, risk in the physical goods normally passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them.

Ownership of the physical goods passes once we have received full payment, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
